Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Department: Admin and Field Sales

Location: Muscatine

Primary Purpose:

Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and gather information in order to create and prepare necessary sales documents

• Search, locate and obtain bid related documents for the Sales Team

• Manage sending, scanning and filing of all sales documents

• Manage and review calendar activities, monitor electronic conferences and take action as required

• Enter, update and retrieve data in/from the Musco project management systems

• Make/answer phone calls, determine appropriate action based on requests of the caller, and take appropriate actions

• Build and maintain relationships by being a resource for customers/vendors/internal team members

• Coordinate meeting preparations and take meeting minutes as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2 year business degree or equivalent office experience preferred

Job Specifications:

• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet search engines

• Ability to work well with others/team player

• Good telephone, written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to self prioritize and follow through as required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
