Job Description

Our Account Representative targets key accounts for growth in line with market strategies. You must be comfortable building relationships at multiple levels within the account with internal support staff and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes. Other duties of this role include providing continuing education to the customer on new technologies, laboratory testing and insurance participation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include :

  • Targets key accounts for growth in line with market strategies.

  • Introduces new products and services to customers.

  • Participates in identifying potential new products and services.

  • Develops and maintains knowledge of tests and services provided by competitors and utilizes information to solidify or enhance our market position.Increase the profitability of existing accounts

  • Drives sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and follow-up.

  • Builds relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g., physician, office staff); with internal support staff and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes.

  • Maintains a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products.

  • Ensures compliance with company policy and government regulations.

  • Manages other projects/responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

  • Minimum of three (3) years related experience including products, services, operations, customer service, marketing and sales techniques. Medical technology experience, preferred.

  • Broad PC based experience with presentation applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
