Basil Ford's Parts team is hiring a PART-time, entry-level team member for deliveries, shipping/receiving, and customer service at the parts counter.

This position transitions to FULL-time and will advance within the Parts Team

Work schedule: 20-25hrs/wk, 7:30am start weekdays

• Drive and pickup/delivery automotive parts (must be able to lift up to/over 50lbs)

• Receive and check-in parts inventory to maintain inventory database

• Communicate with customers via telephone and/or Internet regarding inquiries or follow-ups

• Partner with internal business teams to coordinate fulfilling customer needs

• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and benefits to customers

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Driver's License

• 1yr+ experience in customer-interactive role

• Able to work independently + in a team environment

• Flexible schedule, some nights and/or a weekend day may be required occasionally
