Load course content to eLogic essentials Learning Management System (LMS) including providing support to instructional designers in the areas of multimedia and setup processes within the LMS. Responsible for publishing, updating and maintaining multiple forms of content.
Conduct Qualities check on all submitted content from SME and the Learning and Development team.
Manage multiple courseware development projects simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines and support Learning and Development team members as needed to meet project objectives.
Using creative and innovative thinking, work with other department leaders and members to build the functionality & reporting required to automate learning and give potential learners the best learning experience and environment.
Run monthly reports on user activity, student attendance, student certification. Create specifications for standard and ad-hoc system-level reports and produce reports for management
Provide support to online learners, which could involve, among other tasks, helping with registration / enrollment questions, computer issues interfering with the learners' ability to complete the course.
Develop and deploy LMS-based evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning. Evaluate education effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Test courses to ensure functionality and reliability/availability
Establish and maintain training curriculums in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage the quality of course creation and ensure utilization of the LMS including: uploading new courses; registering/deleting enrollments; troubleshooting and interfacing with Instructional Designer/ IT/Technical staff. Create, track, and maintain training content and courses, working with content owners; gather feedback, recommend and drive changes based on feedback.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk email support for Stericycle employees.
Education equivalent to Associate’s Degree with 1 year of previous teaching or LMS experience, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail or in person.
Must possess a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the eLogic essentials LMS
Must possess strong organizational skills - must be able to manage, create and maintain documentation for Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality, course content updates, compliance information and all department processes.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of business goals.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Articulite e-learning software.
Must possess knowledge of most aspects of training development and delivery, including curriculum design and development, project management, implementation strategies, measurement, needs analysis, and facilitation.
Must possess knowledge in content creation software, such as, Articulate Storyline, Replay, Engage, Quizmaker and Presenter
Must possess the ability to work a flexible work schedule during special projects (including nights, weekends and holidays).
Must possess knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support
