Job SummaryCustomer Service Representative I (CSRI) is our first level of support for internal and external customer. Assist with the overall customer needs and other queries by working closely with operations, planning, transportation and sales team

Detailed Description

All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline

  • Schedule customer delivery appointments and/or customer pickup appointments (50%)

  • Opportunity to advocate for the customer by resolving and assist with inquiries and concerns (25%)

  • Track customer delivery appointments and/or customer pickup appointments (20%)

  • Respond to customer emails/phone calls when assigned weekend shifts (5%)

  • Consistent punctually and attendance is an essential function of the job
