Reporting to the Senior Reliability Engineer.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain compliance with corporate Structural Integrity Guidance Documents.

  • New structural designs and installations meets regulations.

  • Responsible for maintenance of the Asset Integrity Management System documentation.

  • Scheduling and/or conducting appropriate inspections, reviewing, and reporting.


  • Ability to lead and develop the department.

  • Coaching and mentoring.

  • Advanced proficiency skills in Microsoft Office Suite program.


  • Bachelor degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.

  • Experience in potash environment.

  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Eng. With APEGS.

  • 4-6 years' experience in a Structural Engineering team based environment.
