Our Procurement and Program Management Delivery teams have opportunities for
Construction Technical Managers
to join our construction, commissioning & completion team who play a central role in the successful delivery process. We have vacancies in South Australia, and opportunities in other states as our portfolio of works increases.
This role will see you involved in supporting the delivery of programs and projects to meet customer outcomes. Your leadership, relationship management, communications and behavioral safety and quality skills will align with our expectation of high levels of customer, operational and relationship contract service delivery. You will support program development and delivery through promotion of efficiency and innovation, safety and environment best practice.
Key to this role will be your strong technical and operational understanding of water, wastewater and recycled water treatment, disinfection and distribution system facilities, assets and infrastructure. This may include associated operational efficiency experience (Critical and process controls, energy management, SCADA) and civil construction management including methodologies, standards, and quality assurance management practices.
The ability to integrate into a high performing team, with a strong safety culture and to develop great working relationships with stakeholders throughout the asset development, delivery and service cycle are key.

Ideally the team are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in construction and commissioning quality assurance surveillance and quality management practices.
Has risk management expertise and can identify and support mitigation of program delays through quality and progress surveillance.
Is able to demonstrate their technical knowledge and application of operational and construction and health and safety practices, standards and quality assurance methods
Can demonstrate exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Has the ability to manage work schedules and meet deadlines whilst working on various projects simultaneously, within a team environment.
