POSITION SUMMARY The Field Services Technician II is responsible for maintenance, cleaning and servicing of Reverse Vending machines at retail locations and BottleDrop locations, while using company equipment and vehicle for transportation. This position will perform hands on equipment maintenance and repair work while consistently demonstrating safe and efficient work practices with a positive and professional attitude and demeanor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Repair, troubleshoot, and preform preventative maintenance of Reverse Vending machines Clean and clear machine mechanisms of obstructions and foreign materials Interact in a positive manner with store personnel, customers and the general public Adhere to OSHA Safety Standards and OBRC policies Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a safe work environment Life up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout shift Other job duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience working in Maintenance / Maintenance Technician, Field Repair, Equipment Repair, or as Service Technician is required To qualify for a Service Technician II, a minimum of 2 years of formal mechanical training, such as schooling, trade, or certification, is required A current driver's license and acceptable driving history is required Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment Ability to use various tools, to include but not limited to, basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screw drivers, measuring devices, etc.), power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders, etc.) Ability to repair items such as conveyors, belts, pulleys, sprockets, chains, various sensors and relays Ability to follow technical data and instructions (e.g. operation manuals, schematics, and diagrams) Attention to details, ability to meet specified deadlines, adjust to changing priorities and work independently Computer literacy to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Maintenance software Position will require local travel and a flexible schedule or weekend shifts(s) Effective communication and organization skills BENEFITS Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour, Depending on Experience Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Plans 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
