Experience leading a software development/computer vision team
Ability to hire key-talent and grow the team
Prior experience developing product-level computer vision/machine learning/deep learning algorithms
5+ years experience working on object recognition/classification algorithms
Excellent software architecture skills
Excellent software design, problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with C/C++ development
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsDescription
You will work in a cross-functional team which is developing innovative computer vision/machine learning systems. Take the lead using state of the art and researching new CV/ML algorithms for small and large-scale image processing, object detection/classification/tracking and scene understanding.
Leverage your extensive experience in the field to manage a team that develops and implements the algorithms, architectures and systems to deliver a next generation product of great experience. You will closely collaborate with other engineering teams (including Hardware, EE, QA, Infrastructure) to ensure the solutions are meeting highest quality standards. Provide technical guidance, build, manage and inspire your team, develop, communicate and align the roadmap and vision, internally, cross-functionally and on an executive level.
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent field, industry experience
Experience in performance optimizations for computer vision and machine learning/deep learning approaches on mobile devices (preferred)
Matlab, PHP, Python skills (preferred)
Familiarity with iOS, macOS, Linux operating systems (preferred)
