This Technical Briefing Manager (TBM) position will support the Cupertino Executive Briefing Center, working with a team of peers based in Cupertino, Chicago, and Austin. You will work closely with account executives, marketing, senior executives, sales engineers, and other groups at Apple to support events in the Executive Briefing Centers. The primary location is in Cupertino, but support for Chicago, Austin, and other locations may be required as needed. As much as 25% travel might be expected at times.
Deliver technical and executive presentations to top customers from around the world.
Create compelling technical demonstrations using Apple products and technologies.
Demonstrate world-class presentation and communication skills and a real passion for public speaking to both small and large groups.
Collaborate with your peers to create amazing presentations and jaw-dropping demonstrations of products and technology.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong technical knowledge of OS X and iOS usage in the enterprise and education, including the ability to use and describe DEP, VPP, MDM, and other technologies used for managing and deploying devices.
A strong basic knowledge of Objective-C and Swift. You should be able to download sample code, customize it, deploy it to demo devices, and demonstrate that code to customers.
Work independently and remotely with your team to accomplish objectives with general guidance and direction from management.
On a rotating basis you will be on-call and expect to arrive early and/or stay late as needed depending on the briefing schedule.
When needed, travel to support vacation backfill, training backfill, and other needs in our remote briefing centers, currently located in Chicago and Austin.
You will amaze us with your presentation and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to maintain calm in stressful, high-stakes demonstrations and presentations. We are a customer service organization, and we serve very important and diverse internal and external customers. You will demonstrate that you can work in this environment and maintain a "Yes, and?" attitude even in difficult situations.
The position requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years of technical experience in an education or enterprise technical pre-sales or equivalent environment.
