From demonstrating new solutions on an iPad during customer meetings to being a part of a team that truly understands collaboration, you will belong to a group of multi-taskers who are focused, and get recognised, rewarded and celebrated for their efforts.

In Australia, LexisNexis Affinity is the core practice management software system designed for Mid-Tier and Large law firms ( The Affinity Account Manager is focused on upselling of additional software, services and solutions to the existing Affinity client base across Australia.

This role will see you:

  • Conduct solution demonstrations in conjunction with solution specialists and account managers.

  • Have daily contact with existing Affinity customers to build awareness of additional products and services which would be of benefit to the client

  • Conduct reviews with customers to understand and identify gaps in their Affinity solution

  • Identify training opportunities within the firm

  • Help improve the way customers use Affinity

  • Achieve targets on time and within budget

You will have the tenacity to push for growth objectives as well as a true consultative selling style. With your strong negotiation and strategic thinking capabilities, you will be successful in collaborating across a range of businesses, with the ability to troubleshoot and influence at all levels.

With a sales background, you are passionate about helping others and working with our customers to help ensure they get the best out of our product. You will easily communicate and engage our customers through robust product discussions.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Experience in sales and account management

  • Extensive experience working with and collaborating with customers

  • A positive and energetic approach to sales and relationship management

  • Providing consultative training in technology products

  • Assisting a sales team in growing a territory and revenue base

  • Building effective customer relationships

  • A high level of computer literacy
