Assess the customer needs and determine the right products and refer appropriately.
Prepare and execute a sales plan for prospect using internal referral, customer referral, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
Execute and track own sales activities against goals.
Transform sales / services transactions into enhances customer relationship.
Introduce customers to Citibank by demonstrating all distribution channels.
Provide customer marketplace feedback to assist in decision-making and enhancing our products.
Maintain a current and proficient understanding of progressively complex products and services to increase sales productivities.
Ensure current and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
Comply all policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank’s and customer’s assets.
Provide daily/ weekly / monthly MIS report as required by supervisor.
Follow all standard procedures to ensure acceptable audit rating for all Banking Products.
Recommend procedure / product change to improve productivity and / or reduce risk.
Assume the responsibilities of other team members as required.
Perform the special assignment from supervisor.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field.
Preferable in sales function, banking or financial business.
Result oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, presentable, energetic, self motivated.
Good command of English.
Possess Single License
